Check-in is 1p.m. after completion of pre-op appointment. Checkout is 11.00 am.

A $50 late fee will be charged if the room is still occupied by 12 pm.

You will be charged the full rate if you remain on the property by 2 pm.

Post-op Suitcase: Once you have secured your booking, please call or text us to send you our guidance list for your post-op supplies. Please do not over-buy. You need very limited items for recovery. You must bring a robe, a bonnet, one pair of indoor slides, one pair of outdoor slides that will also serve as surgery and travel shoes, 2 pairs of compression socks, Depends diapers, Chucks bed pads, and a urinal. Reference the list for the other items.

You must pay $500 to book your stay. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your stay. It can be transferred once to a new booking if you provide at least one month’s notice to reschedule. The full balance must be paid 2 weeks before arrival, by Zelle or Cashapp. Payments made with credit cards will incur a 9.6% fee and tax. If balance is not paid, your reservation will be considered forfeited.
