Check-in is 3.00 pm after completion of pre-op appointment.
Checkout is 11.00 am.

A $50 late fee will be charged if the room is still occupied after 12 pm.

You will be charged the full rate if you remain on the property after 2 pm.  

Post-op Suitcase: Once you have secured your booking, please call or text us to send you our carefully drafted list of items for your post-op. Please do not over-buy. You need very limited items for recovery. 

You must pay $250 to book your stay. This will be applied to your balance. This deposit is nonrefundable, nontransferable. At check-in, a $250 hold will be placed on your credit card as security deposit for eventualities. This is fully refunded at the end of your stay if no damages to property or other expenses. 

The full balance must be paid at check-in.

Refunds are only applicable for specific reasons.
