DEPOSIT: A deposit of $250 is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance MUST BE PAID 7 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION: If you cancel your stay within a week of arrival after paying the full amount, you will receive 50% refund. 

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Check in time is 3 p.m. It is important that you provide us with your flight itinerary a week in advance for transportation arrangements. 

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out time is 11 a.m. Please endeavor to pack your personal items early enough, to avoid leaving behind anything. A $50 fee will be charged for late check-out. If you remain in occupancy of room past 3 pm, you will be required to pay the full nightly rate. 

EARLY DEPARTURE: For early departure there will be NO REFUND for the remaining dates.
